Brief Profile

Brief profile: Born into Oguntolu family of Igbogila, Egbado North Local Government Area of Ogun State about fifty years ago. Started elementary school at Igbogila and finished secondary school at Egbado College Ilaro. Proceeded for Nation Diploma in Food Science and Technology at Federal Polytechnic Ilaro in 1989 and completed the Higher National Diploma at Yaba College of Technology, Lagos in 1995.

Had PG.D in Food Microbiology from Lagos State University, Lagos in 2001 before proceeding to Ogun State University for M.Sc. degree program in Plant Breeding.

Worked in a private firm in Lagos before joining the services of National Horticultural Research Institute (NIHORT), a Research Institute under the Federal Ministry of Agriculture.

Married with children.
