Brief Profile

Oduntan, Abosede Oluwakemi  is a Principal Research Officer  in the Product Development Programmme of the National Horticultural Research Institute, Ibadan.  She joined the Research Institute as a Research Officer II in 2009 and rose to the position of Principal Research Officer in 2018. She holds a PhD in Food Technology. Her research work focuses on food processing and preservation of horticultural crops including indigenous vegetables, fruits and spices. She has also contributed to research that added economic value to food processing wastes.

Dr Abosede Oluwakemi Oduntan is an AWARD Fellow (African Women in Agricultural Research and Development) and a beneficiary of Australian African Fellowship AWARD.
