Brief Profile

Bernard Ndubuisi Okafor is a Soil Scientist/Agronomist in the Citrus Research Programme of the National Horticultural Research Institute (NIHORT), Nigeria. He holds PhD and MSc in Soil Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria with specialty in Pedology, Soil mapping and Land Evaluation. His research interests include soil characterization, classification, evaluation, mapping and management for agri-horticultural crops production and their impact on soil quality and food security. In addition, he heads the Soil and water section of the Citrus Research Programme, NIHORT
